Gezira: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) distributed 1,617 food baskets to the most vulnerable families returning from displacement in Gezira State, Sudan. This initiative has benefited 10,234 individuals as part of the Sudan Madad Initiative Project 2026.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the assistance is part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's continued support for the Sudanese people during crises and hardships. This aid is provided through KSrelief and is a reflection of Saudi Arabia's commitment to humanitarian missions.
