Gezira state: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) recently distributed 800 food baskets to the vulnerable families returning from displacement in Sudan's Gezira State.

According to Saudi Press Agency, this latest assistance benefited 5,036 individuals in the South Gezira locality as part of the third phase of the food security support project in Sudan for 2025. The initiative is part of Saudi Arabia's humanitarian efforts through KSrelief to alleviate the suffering of the Sudanese people due to the ongoing humanitarian crisis and to achieve food security.
