According to Saudi Press Agency, situated in the Al-Uraija Al-Wusta District, the valley is one of the natural tributaries of Wadi Hanifah. It was redeveloped under the Green Riyadh project, adhering to environmental and engineering standards that preserved its natural character while simultaneously creating a comprehensive environment for sports and recreational activities.

The valley features walking, jogging, and cycling tracks that extend throughout, with a sports bridge showcasing a modern architectural design as one of its most prominent landmarks. This bridge offers visitors varied views along the valley, further enhanced by nighttime lighting, providing a unique blend of recreation and environmental conservation.
