Jazan: The fifth International Conference and Exhibition for Laboratory Technologies, 'LabTech 2025,' concluded today in Jazan after three days of scientific sessions and specialized workshops that examined the latest innovations in analytical and measurement technologies and discussed approaches for advancing quality and accreditation systems in national laboratories.
According to Saudi Press Agency, participants called for strengthening digital transformation in laboratories, enhancing the efficiency of measurement and calibration processes, developing training programs for national talent, expanding research partnerships between universities and the industrial sector, and encouraging investment in artificial intelligence technologies that support quality control.
They emphasized that hosting 'LabTech 2025' in Jazan reflects the region's growing capacity to organize specialized scientific events and its expanding role in supporting research and innovation, bolstered by Jazan University, the local industrial sector, and the advanced laboratories operating in the region.
