Last groups of Bahrain pilgrims head to Saudi Arabia

Manama, Jul 3 (BNA): Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments Minister Nawaf bin Mohammed Al Maawda hailed the support provided by the Government of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to protect pilgrims’ safety and enable them to perform their Hajj rituals easily.

The minister made the comments as he bade farewell to the last groups of pilgrims at Bahrain International Airport before heading to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj.

Present were Bahrain Hajj Mission Chairman Shaikh Adnan Al-Qattan and Religious Affairs Acting Director Ali Amine Al-Rayyes.

The minister noted that the mission had completed all requirements for Hajj contractors, praising its role in coordinating with competent authorities in the Kingdom of Bahrain and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
