Riyadh: Islamic Republic of Mauritania President Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani and his accompanying delegation departed Riyadh today. He was seen off at King Khalid International Airport by Deputy Governor of Riyadh Region Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz and several other senior officials.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the farewell at the airport highlighted the close ties between Mauritania and Saudi Arabia. The presence of high-ranking officials underscored the importance of President El Ghazouani’s visit to the Saudi capital.
