Istanbul, The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah is actively participating in the “Makkah Route Initiative” at Istanbul International Airport. Through the “Nusuk” platform, the ministry streamlines the registration of pilgrim data and organizes their transportation to the airport in groups that align with each flight’s capacity. The pilgrims’ luggage is collected at the initiative’s lounge for sorting and coding, after which pilgrims are comfortably transported on well-equipped buses to their hotels in Makkah and Madinah.

This initiative, part of þthe Pilgrim Experience Program, aims to facilitate the pilgrims’ journey and provide comprehensive services from the moment they arrive in Saudi Arabia.
