Islamabad: The Muslim World League (MWL) extended its sincere condolences and sympathy to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, its government and people, and the families of the victims following a hospital fire in the capital, Islamabad. The fire resulted in the deaths of several children.

According to Saudi Press Agency, in a statement by the MWL Secretariat-General, MWL Secretary-General and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa expressed solidarity and sympathy with Pakistan, its people, and the families of those who died in the tragic incident. He prayed to Allah Almighty to protect Pakistan and its people from all harm.
