National Water Company Installs SAR11 Million-Worth of Water Networks in Al-Rin Governorate

The National Water Company (NWC) said in a press release today that it completed installing the water networks in Al-Rin governorate, west of Riyadh, at a cost of more than SAR11 million. This project is part of NWC's ongoing efforts to implement its strategic plans to improve water and environmental infrastructure. The project included laying water pipes of various diameters over 78 kilometers, and building a 2,000-cubic-meter tank to serve beneficiaries in targeted districts: King Faisal, Najd, Al-Safa, Al-Qadisiyah, Al-Yamama, the Old Rin, Al-Yarmouk, Faydah Al Muhammad, Binah, Al-Zabara, Al-Hofuf, Al-Raja, Al-Rayaniyah and Al-Hannu. According to NWC, the project will help improve operational efficiency, strengthen the water distribution system, bring water security, and provide sustainable water services to all cities and governorates in Saudi Arabia, as per approved schedules.
