Riyadh: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has introduced the Nusuk Umrah service, a new online platform designed to facilitate visa applications and travel bookings for Umrah performers from outside Saudi Arabia. This service allows users to apply for an Umrah visa and book related services directly, removing the need for intermediaries. The platform, accessible at https://umrah.nusuk.sa/, is aimed at enhancing service quality and enriching the pilgrim experience.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Nusuk Umrah offers international Umrah performers an alternative to existing channels like qualified agents. Users can tailor their pilgrimage by selecting from integrated packages or opting for individual services such as visas, accommodation, transportation, and tours. The platform boasts a user-friendly interface that supports seven languages, integrates with government systems, and provides multiple payment options, ensuring a seamless digital experience.
The introduction of the Nusuk Umrah service aligns with the ministry's objectives under Saudi Vision 2030. It seeks to accommodate a larger number of Muslim visitors and deliver high-quality, convenient services that enhance the overall Hajj journey.
