Riyadh: NHC Innovation and the Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center (RIPC) have signed a cooperation memorandum of understanding (MoU) during the Global Infrastructure Forum 2025. The agreement is designed to enhance collaboration and the exchange of expertise in data and innovative solutions. It aims to support technological integration with the Balady+ app and open new opportunities for advancing innovation in smart cities and digital transformation.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the MoU signing highlights NHC Innovation's role as a key enabler of innovation and digital integration. It also aims to strengthen efforts to develop the housing, real-estate, and infrastructure sectors in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
