Al-ahsa: The National Housing Company (NHC) has entered into an agreement with Saleh Al-Abdullah Al-Muhanna Company for Trading and Contracting to construct 1,290 residential units in the Al-Woroud Front located in Al-Ahsa Governorate. The total value of this project exceeds SAR651 million and is part of NHC’s ongoing initiatives to provide a range of housing options aimed at enhancing the quality of life.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the agreement was signed during the Cityscape Global Exhibition 2025. This initiative seeks to develop Al-Woroud Front by offering housing options that feature designs catering to various aspirations.

Al-Woroud Front is recognized as one of NHC’s significant urban projects in Al-Ahsa. It is equipped with modern infrastructure and offers integrated community and commercial services. This reflects NHC’s dedication to creating a residential environment that merges quality of life, sustainability, and urban integration.

The agreement demonstrates NHC’s commitment to expanding its collaborations with the private sector, both locally and internationally. It also aims to further urban development in Saudi cities, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030’s objective of increasing homeownership among citizens to 70%.
