Mina: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah continues to provide services through its "Nusuk Care" field centers in Mina and the holy sites during the days of Tashreeq. This comes as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the pilgrims' experience and provide humanitarian, linguistic, and health support at various stages of the Hajj journey, according to an integrated operational system that keeps pace with the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
According to Saudi Press Agency, "Nusuk Care" centers are spread across Mina and the holy sites through more than 239 fixed centers and field roaming points, operating around the clock to provide guidance, psychological and health support services and respond to reports, with a special focus on humanitarian cases and helping pilgrims access vital services and sites. The total number of services provided since the beginning of the current season has reached more than 765,000 services.
The working teams are distinguished by their linguistic diversity, as they include qualified male and female cadres who speak more than 11 languages, including sign language. They work under the supervision of a central control room linked to the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah's digital systems. This ensures rapid response and immediate treatment of cases, in coordination with various service agencies on the ground.
The "Nusuk Care" centers are one of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah's most prominent initiatives in providing personal and direct care to the Guests of God. Launched in 2019, they have since successfully provided more than 8 million field services, in cooperation with the National Society for Health Awareness. These services include guidance, responding to reports, measuring vital signs, and providing health and language support.
The "Nusuk Care" centers are managed in an integrated technical manner, as they are linked to the "Nusuk" digital platform to exchange immediate data with relevant authorities and make operational decisions based on analyzing field reality. They also use electronic tools to measure pilgrim satisfaction and improve services in real time.
The continuation of "Nusuk Care" services in Mina during the Days of Tashreeq reflects the Ministry's commitment to a service model based on care and humanity, enhancing reassurance among pilgrims, contributing to a safe, facilitated, and comprehensive Hajj experience.
