Baku: The Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC-IPHRC) is participating in the annual meetings of the Boards of Governors of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group for 2026, held in Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan, from June 16 to 19, 2026.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the IsDB Group's annual meetings are the largest development and economic platform of their kind. The meetings bring together ministers, central bank governors, senior government officials, development institutions, international organizations, and OIC member states. The primary focus of the gatherings is to discuss key development issues and establish strategic partnerships.

The commission has affirmed its commitment to ongoing cooperation with the IsDB Group and all international partners and organizations. This cooperation aims to ensure an inclusive and sustainable development agenda while advancing the commission's priority areas.
