Makkah: In a scene unlike any other, pilgrims from all corners of the earth flocked to the Sacred House, embracing diverse languages and dialects, customs and traditions, and cultures shaped by centuries and ages, with diverse homelands, yet melting away within the sacred sites. Feelings and appearances were united in a scene that reflects the spirit of equality and freedom from all forms of discrimination.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the scenes of faith were manifested in a unique image of unity, and cultural diversity disappeared and social and linguistic differences vanished since their arrival in Makkah al-Mukarramah wearing the Ihram garb. Scenes of pilgrims coming from distant continents were observed, heading with reverent steps to perform their rituals, in a human scene that confirms that Hajj is not just an act of worship, but a global experience that embodies the meanings of brotherhood and Islamic unity.
