Cairo: Prince Dr. Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf, head of the Saudi delegation at the 12th World Urban Forum (WUF12) currently held in Cairo, met with Egyptian Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny during his visit to Egypt’s pavilion at WUF12.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Egyptian housing minister praised Saudi Arabia’s participation in the WUF12, presenting an overview of Egypt’s experience in housing, the development of new cities, and the improvement of unsafe areas, among other topics. The meeting was attended by the Saudi ambassador to Egypt, Saleh bin Eid Al-Husseini.

Prince Faisal bin Ayyaf also visited the pavilions of Malaysia and Azerbaijan, during which he was briefed on the urban experiences and projects presented by these countries at WUF12.
