Makkah: The Rafid Al-Haramain initiative launched its second season yesterday as part of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah's ongoing efforts to elevate the standard of services offered to pilgrims by establishing a specialized training environment designed to enhance the efficiency and readiness of workers and volunteers throughout the Hajj season.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the initiative, represented by the licensing and qualification center for personnel serving pilgrims in partnership with the Institute of Research, Studies, and Consulting Services at Umm Al-Qura University, offers 20 comprehensive training packages covering a wide range of essential programs tailored to the needs of the Hajj and Umrah sector.
These programs include specialized training in assistance for the elderly and people with special needs, local and lost guides, translation and communication, and guest experience specialization. The programs are designed to equip workers with the professional skills required to navigate diverse cultures, demonstrate effective leadership, and manage large groups and gatherings.
