Ramadan Iftar Project Launches in Northern Borders Region

Arar: The Ramadan Iftar Project in Northern Borders Region launched its first programs today, marking its 18th year and continuing its mission of serving fasting individuals and promoting the values of solidarity and compassion within the community. The project was organized and supervised by the Dawah and Guidance and Expatriate Awareness Association in Arar.

According to Saudi Press Agency, this year, the project is being implemented across three main locations in Arar, helping reach the largest possible number of beneficiaries and covering key sites across the city.

Throughout the holy month of Ramadan, the project provides more than 400 iftar tables daily, targeting over 3,000 fasting individuals each day from various nationalities, within an integrated operational framework that adheres to quality, safety, and organizational standards.

More than 60 volunteers participate daily in organizing, preparing, and distributing the meals, reflecting the growing culture of volunteerism and the strong spirit of social responsibility in the region.
