Riyadh: The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the UNESCO Regional Center for Quality and Excellence in Education (RCQE) to enhance cooperation in education, scientific research, training, and the exchange of technical and knowledge expertise.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the signing ceremony took place on the sidelines of the Human Capability Initiative Conference and was attended by Minister of Education Yousef Al-Benyan and RCJY President Eng. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Salem.

The MoU seeks to establish a strategic partnership to support the implementation of high-quality educational and training initiatives. It includes provisions for joint research and studies, the organization of specialized conferences and workshops, capacity-building programs, and the delivery of advanced technical consultations.
