Riyadh: The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has announced that registration for i'tikaf (Seclusion) during the month of Ramadan will open on Wednesday, 9 Sha'ban 1446 AH, at 11:00 a.m. via the authority's official website.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the authority stated that registration will close once the designated capacity is reached. I'tikaf is set to begin on the 20th of Ramadan and will continue until the end of the month.
