Riyadh: During a discussion panel organized yesterday, the Center for Research and Knowledge Intercommunication explored ways to enhance scientific and cultural cooperation with academic institutions in Iraq, involving researchers from both sides. This event is part of the center's initiatives to promote knowledge exchange among researchers.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Iraqi researcher Dr. Ghazi Hamid Al-Douri underscored the need to strengthen cultural and scientific ties between the two nations. He highlighted the vital role of research centers and cultural institutions in this effort and commended the Kingdom's intellectual and cultural development, praising the center's work in fostering cooperation with Iraqi institutions.
Al-Douri visited key institutions, including the King Fahd National Library, the King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language, and the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies. During these visits, he delivered a lecture on libraries and manuscripts in Iraq, reviewing important historical experiences and contemporary efforts in this field.
