Riyadh Economic Forum Explores Strategies to Boost Development and Sustainability

Riyadh:Riyadh Economic Forum serves as a critical platform for decision-making support and plays a significant role in advancing comprehensive development strategies. According to Saudi Press Agency, the current edition of the forum will feature five studies that further this development path, offering practical insights to support comprehensive development initiatives and the construction of a sustainable future economy.

One study focuses on maximizing the economic and social benefits from Saudi Arabia's hosting of Expo 2030 Riyadh and the FIFA World Cup 2034. It explores ways to optimize the anticipated returns from these events by enhancing their associated value chains.

Another study addresses the issue of traffic congestion in Saudi Arabia's major cities, analyzing its economic and environmental consequences. It proposes practical alternatives to improve transportation system efficiency, boost the competitiveness of Saudi cities, and enhance residents' quality of life.

A third study investigates strategies for the transfer and localization of knowledge and expertise, assessing their impact on organizational performance. It reviews current knowledge transfer practices in the business environment to develop frameworks that improve knowledge exchange and promote a culture of institutional excellence, ultimately benefiting the performance and competitiveness of Saudi organizations.
