Riyadh: ROSHN Group, the Kingdom’s leading national multi-asset class real estate developer and a PIF giga project, is set to make its largest presence yet at Cityscape Global, showcasing its vision for urban living. The event, scheduled to be held in Riyadh from November 11th to 14th, will feature ROSHN’s diverse and integrated developments that aim to redefine and transform the concept of living by focusing on residential projects that blend style and quality with green spaces, pedestrian-friendly streets, and integrated essential and lifestyle-enhancing amenities.
According to Saudi Press Agency, for the second consecutive year, ROSHN will be a founding partner at Cityscape Global and will host the region’s largest PropTech hackathon. The hackathon will offer valuable prizes totaling SAR 1.5 million for innovative solutions that shape the future of real estate development in the Kingdom. ROSHN’s booth, located in Hall One of Cityscape Global and covering over 1,440 m², will showcase the group’s mixed-use
destinations and other real estate assets, including retail, commercial, and sports facilities.
As part of its YUHYEEK Corporate Social Responsibility program, ROSHN will also present the ROSHN Green Initiative during the event, which aims to promote ecological restoration and planting to enhance quality of life. Attendees will have the opportunity to experience living in a ROSHN community through various virtual and augmented technologies. Additionally, ROSHN’s Supply Chain Forum will take place during Cityscape Global, where the company will engage with suppliers to discuss local content and create opportunities for impactful partnerships.
