Royal Court Announces Start of Ramadan in Saudi Arabia as February 18, 2026

Riyadh: The Royal Court declared today that February 18, 2026, will mark the beginning of Ramadan 1447 AH, following the sighting of the moon by the Supreme Court's dedicated committee.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Supreme Court has extended its congratulations to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. The court also sent well wishes to all citizens, residents, and Muslims around the world.

The announcement included prayers for Allah's blessings, the acceptance of good deeds, the unity of Muslims, and the continued security and prosperity of the country.
