Saudi Arabia Engages in Arab Security Media Agencies Conference in Tunisia

Tunis: Saudi Arabia actively participated in the 17th Arab Conference of Heads of Security Media Agencies, convened at the General Secretariat of the Arab Interior Ministers Council headquarters in Tunisia on July 15-16. Brigadier General Talal Al-Shalhoub, the Security Spokesperson for the Ministry of Interior, led the Saudi delegation.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the conference gathered representatives from various Arab interior ministries, alongside participants from Naif Arab University for Security Sciences and the Arab States Broadcasting Union. The event focused on sharing experiences regarding security awareness and crime prevention across Arab nations. It also concentrated on initiatives to raise awareness about the dangers of terrorism and promote a preventative culture.

The conference also delved into discussions about leveraging technology and artificial intelligence in security awareness initiatives. Participants explored strategies to create compelling digital media content aimed at effectively influencing the knowledge and attitudes of audiences in the Arab world.
