Algiers:The Culinary Arts Commission is showcasing a collection of Saudi publications at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's pavilion during the Algiers International Book Fair 2026. These publications highlight local culinary arts as an integral part of Saudi Arabia's cultural identity.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the featured publications are led by "Sufra Saudi Feast," a book that documents the culinary traditions across Saudi Arabia's 13 regions. This book has been recognized with two Gourmand Awards in 2024 for Best Hospitality Book and Best Arab Cuisine Cookbook.

In addition to "Sufra," the collection includes "Buraidah," a book that delves into the culinary and cultural heritage of the Qassim Region. It highlights traditional dishes that are closely linked to the region's agricultural environment and traditional markets.
