Jeddah: Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Ambassador Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Shareef visited the headquarters of the Islamic Solidarity Fund (ISF) today in Jeddah, where he was received by ISF's Executive Director Mohammed bin Sulaiman Aba Al-Khail.

According to Saudi Press Agency, at the beginning of the meeting, the ISF Executive Director congratulated Ambassador Al-Shareef on his accreditation as Saudi Arabia's Permanent Representative to the OIC, wishing him success in his new duties. He also expressed his sincere appreciation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the host country, for its generous and continued support for the ISF.

The meeting reviewed ISF's key areas of work, including providing emergency assistance to member states, supporting universities and scientific research, establishing schools, mosques, and hospitals, and supporting women, children, and youth.
