Riyadh: Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah made a phone call to State of Qatar Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, during which they discussed the dangerous escalation in the region and the cowardly Iranian attacks that targeted the Kingdom, the State of Qatar, and a number of other countries in the region.
According to Saudi Press Agency, both sides affirmed their full right to take the necessary measures to protect the security and the stability of their countries. The discussions emphasized the importance of regional security and the measures that might be undertaken to counter external threats.
The dialogue between the two ministers underscores the importance of cooperation and coordination between Saudi Arabia and Qatar in addressing regional challenges.
