Saudi Special Olympics Federation Clinches Five Medals at MENA Equestrian Competition

Al ain: The Saudi Special Olympics Federation has concluded its participation in the Special Olympics MENA Regional Equestrian Competition, held in Al Ain, UAE, from August 24 to 28. The Saudi team secured a total of five medals, marking a successful campaign in the event.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the team achieved outstanding results, securing a gold medal, three silver medals, and a bronze medal in various categories including Dressage, English Riding, and Track and Control events. This accomplishment highlights the athletes' dedication and the federation's commitment to excellence.

Director of Communications and Partnerships at the Saudi Special Olympics Federation, Talal Alhoumiedan, emphasized that this participation aligns with the federation's mission to empower athletes. This initiative is also in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which seeks to foster a vibrant society with ample opportunities for everyone.
