Riyadh: The Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) has equipped the Makkah Route Initiative hall at Velana International Airport as part of the initiative, implemented by the Ministry of Interior for the seventh consecutive year in collaboration with several government entities under the Pilgrim Experience Program, one of the Saudi Vision 2030 programs. SDAIA has provided advanced systems powered by the latest AI technologies to support pilgrim registration, along with 24/7 technical support, enabling faster procedures and ensuring maximum efficiency. Its technical team also conducts ongoing automated monitoring to enhance the quality of services provided.

According to Saudi Press Agency, these efforts reflect SDAIA's continued commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technology to improve services for pilgrims while working in full integration with other government bodies to achieve the objectives of the Pilgrim Experience Program under the Saudi Vision 2030.
