Budapest: A Shura Council delegation comprising members of the Saudi-Hungarian Parliamentary Friendship Committee concluded their official visit to Hungary, during which they held meetings with the National Assembly Speaker and members of the Hungarian counterpart committee to enhance bilateral parliamentary cooperation, contributing to the development and strengthening of friendship and cooperation between the two friendly countries.
According to Saudi Press Agency, during the visit, the Shura Council delegation met with Hungarian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Magyar Levente, Minister of State for Water and Irrigation Zsolt N©meth, several officials from the Hungarian Ministry of Energy, and Saudi-Hungarian Business Council Co-chair P©ter K¡rp¡ti.
The Hungarian officials emphasized the importance of relations between the two friendly countries and expressed their appreciation for the Kingdom's role. They also discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the two sides in various fields.
The Shura Council delegation included members of the Saudi-Hungarian Parliamentary Friendship Committee, led by Council member and committee chairman Dr. Ibrahim Al-Qannas, as well as Zaher Al-Shehri, Dr. Salem Al-Jarbou, Dr. Aisha Arishi, Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Jaloud, Dr. Fares Al-Osaimi, and Dr. Hisham Al-Faris.
The meetings were attended by Saudi Ambassador to Hungary Majed Al-Abdan.
