SPL Signs Agreements with 4 National Factories from ‘Made in Saudi’ Program

Riyadh: The Saudi Post (SPL) signed several agreements today with four national factories to manufacture files, postal parcels, and labels in accordance with the highest international standards. The move is part of national efforts to localize industries and enhance the quality of Saudi products. It follows the implementation of the agreement signed with the Saudi Export Development Authority, represented by the "Made in Saudi" program.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the agreements aim to enhance the competitiveness of national products and open new export markets, aligning with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, which seeks to increase the contribution of non-oil exports to gross domestic product (GDP) and expand local content across various supply chains.

The signing of the agreements reflects SPL's commitment to achieving its strategic objectives of becoming the leading national entity and primary strategic enabler for both government and private sectors. This is pursued through the provision of integrated logistics and geospatial solutions that enhance supply-chain efficiency and support the Kingdom's position as a global logistics hub.
