Riyadh: Syrian Arab Republic Minister of Information Dr. Hamza Al-Mustafa and Turkish Deputy Head of Communications Dr. Ferhat Pirin§§i visited the Unified Hajj Media Operations Center during the Hajj Conference and Exhibition. The visit highlighted the collaborative efforts between Syria and Turkey in understanding the media operations surrounding the Hajj pilgrimage.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the Syrian information minister and the Turkish deputy head of communications were thoroughly briefed on the media work system and the technical services provided to both local and international media outlets. They were introduced to the advanced model implemented by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to manage and organize the Hajj ritual, particularly focusing on the media sector, which plays a crucial role in supporting the global transmission of the Hajj message.
The Syrian minister, Dr. Al-Mustafa, praised the center’s advanced model for unifying media efforts. He emphasized that this integration has significantly contributed to creating a unified media narrative that reflects the civilized face of Arabs and Muslims. He further noted that the most remarkable service provided by the Unified Hajj Media Operations Center is the seamless integration among media institutions, which is aimed at delivering true and accurate messages about the Hajj ritual.
Dr. Ferhat Pirin§§i, the Turkish deputy head of communications, commended the high level of preparedness and the integrated organization of the center. He stated that these efforts reflect the immense value of the Hajj ritual to the Islamic world and showcase Saudi Arabia’s dedication to facilitating the pilgrimage.
