Madinah: The national application "Tawakkalna" continues to support the daily needs of pilgrims by offering various services, including the "Manasik Gate" service, which allows users to issue and view permits for Umrah and prayers at Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifa.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the app provides the digital Hajj completion certificate, issued by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, confirming the performance of Hajj for the 1446 AH season within the app. The permit-display service during this Hajj season facilitates pilgrim movement through permits issued in coordination with the unified digital Hajj permit platform "Tasreeh Platform." The service allows easy access to all types of Hajj permits issued by government entities, including the pilgrim permit card, Makkah entry permits, and work, volunteer, and vehicle permits.
It integrates with the ministry to display the "Nusuk Card," enabling quick access to pilgrims' data and permits. Tawakkalna introduced a new digital feature that enhances pilgrim services through a QR code that automatically appears with the Hajj permit. The code allows access to the pilgrim's data, permit status, campaign information, and accommodation location, enabling others to assist by scanning the code to view all details, including maps of the residence in Makkah and Madinah.
The smart tool facilitates easy verification of pilgrim information. The services are accessible by downloading the Tawakkalna app from official digital stores (App Store, Google Play, AppGallery, Galaxy Store) in seven languages worldwide. The app offers an integrated digital package designed to facilitate pilgrims' rituals in line with Saudi Vision 2030, which prioritizes serving pilgrims and Umrah performers through advanced smart solutions.
