Minister of Defense Thabet Muhammad Al-Abbasi met with an American delegation that included the US Deputy Ambassador and an officer of the US Security Cooperation Office.

The Ministry of Defense stated in a statement that: “During the meeting, which was attended by senior officers of the Ministry of Defense, they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to develop them.”
