Baghdad /- The Secretary-General of the United Nations, António Guterres, arrived this afternoon at Al-Arish International Airport in Cairo.

Officials at the Rafah land crossing began removing the concrete barriers at the crossing, and aid trucks headed to it to save time and allow the largest amount of humanitarian aid to enter to the Gaza Strip.

Officials at the crossing prepared the road leading to the Palestinian side, and truck drivers carrying humanitarian and medical aid began moving from the city of Al-Arish towards the Rafah land crossing.
