The security forces in Maysan arrested three suspects wanted for various crimes, at one of the security checkpoints in the governorate.

Maysan Police Command said in a statement, a copy of which the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) received: “The defendants have been issued judicial arrest warrants, as one of them is wanted according to the crime of attempted murder and two others according to Articles 28 and 32 of the Anti-Narcotics Law, and they were arrested as a result of the search in the security checkpoints, indicating that legal measures have been taken against them in a fundamental way.
