Malham: The first auction session of this year's International Falcon Breeders Auction was held this evening at the Saudi Falcons Club in Malham, north of Riyadh. The event, which runs until August 25, features leading breeding farms from around the world.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the session saw strong interest from falconers and enthusiasts. Minister of State and Cabinet Member Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz purchased two falcons from Al-Aradi Farm for a total of SAR180,000. The first falcon sold for SAR75,000 and the second for SAR105,000.
The auction serves as a premier destination for elite falcons and is broadcast live on television and social media, attracting a global audience of falconers, producers, and enthusiasts.
