The Anti-Crime Directorate in Baghdad arrested two foreign workers on charges of stealing 328 million dinars from a company in central Baghdad.

A statement by the Directorate stated: “The detachments of Karrada Office for Combating Crime arrested two foreign workers on charges of stealing an amount of money amounting to (328) million dinars from within a company they were working for in Karrada area in Baghdad.”

It added: “The investigating judge decided to detain them in accordance with the provisions of Article 444 of the Penal Code.”
