Vice Foreign Minister Advocates for Peace Initiatives in Sudan at Geneva Meeting

Geneva:Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Waleed Elkhereiji participated in the sixth consultative meeting focused on enhancing coordination of peace initiatives and efforts in Sudan, held in Geneva, Switzerland.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Elkhereiji highlighted Saudi Arabia's commitment to achieving a ceasefire and maintaining Sudan's unity and institutional stability. He referenced the Jeddah Declaration of Commitment to Protect the Civilians of Sudan and the Agreement on a Short-Term Ceasefire and Humanitarian Arrangements as foundational efforts toward peace.
