Riyadh: Vice Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for Labor Dr. Abdullah Abuthnain met with the newly appointed Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Republic of India, Haitham Al-Malik, at the ministry’s headquarters in Riyadh today, in the presence of a number of ministry officials.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Dr. Abuthnain began the meeting by congratulating Ambassador Al-Malik on his appointment, expressing confidence in his abilities to foster stronger relations between Saudi Arabia and India. He wished the ambassador success in his new role.

The discussions during the meeting centered on issues of mutual interest, particularly focusing on cooperation concerning the Indian labor file. Both sides explored mechanisms to enhance and strengthen collaboration by improving the efficiency of recruitment procedures and the quality of services provided to individuals and employers. This dialogue highlighted the significance of the bilateral relationship between Saudi Arabia and Ind
ia across various sectors.
