Al-Haditha:The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) successfully intercepted an attempt to smuggle 51,163 Captagon pills hidden in a truck at Al-Haditha Port.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the operation was part of ZATCA's ongoing efforts to enhance customs controls at border crossings to combat illegal activities and safeguard society. This effort is carried out in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior and the General Directorate of Narcotics Control.
ZATCA spokesperson Hamoud Al-Harbi emphasized the importance of public cooperation in these efforts. The public is encouraged to report any suspicious activities via a security hotline, email, or international line, with assurances of confidentiality and financial rewards for verified information.
