Big Number of Copies of the Quran Available at the Grand Mosque in Preparation for Hajj Season

Makkah: The general administration of Quran and books affairs at the General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques has supplied a big number of copies of the Quran at the Grand Mosque, making them available to pilgrims, in preparation for this year’s Hajj season.

The authority has also supplied numerous booklets with translations of the meanings of the Holy Quran at the mosque in 35 languages, including English, Urdu, French, Indonesian, Turkish, Chinese, Somali, Malayalam, Bengali, Filipino, Spanish, Albanian, and Hausa.

In addition, copies of the Quran in Braille, along with simplified interpretations, are being allocated for the visually impaired.

According to the authority, the plan for this Hajj season includes supplying the Grand Mosque with the necessary copies of the Holy Quran and its interpretations, offering special programs related to the Quran, and distributing scientific books, brochures, and booklets.

The authority urges visitors to the Grand Mosque to respect the sanctity of the H
oly Quran and return copies to their designated places on shelves, so that everyone can benefit from them.
