‘Nusuk’ App… Clear Services for Two Holy Mosques’ Visitors

General

Riyadh: The ‘Nusuk’ application simplifies the process for individuals who wish to perform Umrah and visit the Two Holy Mosques. Users can request permits through the app, which are then approved by the authorities. These permits grant access to the Two Holy Mosques for Umrah, visits, and prayers based on the approved capacity.

The goal is to provide a spiritual and safe atmosphere by implementing health and regulatory precautionary procedures and integrating with the ‘Tawakkalna Application’ to verify the health status of permit applicants.

The ‘Nusuk’ application, under the careful supervision of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, streamlines the process of reserving permits and dates for Umrah and visiting the Prophet’s Mosque.

This service is readily available after pilgrims obtain their visas through user-friendly electronic procedures accessible 24/7.

The ‘Nusuk’ platform, available for download on smart devices (App Store-Google Play), offers a range of electronic services. Users can book Umrah and vi
sit packages and programs, and the platform will introduce additional features in the future.

These include interactive maps and a dedicated calendar for offers and activities, a digital guide with instructions in multiple languages, health information, and services, and a platform for service providers to offer their services electronically to pilgrims and visitors.
