Manama, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Decree (55) of 2024, authorising the amendment of the memorandum and articles of association of Bapco Energies B.S.C. (C), based on a proposal by the Minister of Finance and National Economy, and following the approval of the Cabinet.
Article I
According to the provisions of Article (76) of the Commercial Companies Law promulgated by Decree Law (21) of 2001, it is authorised to amend the memorandum and articles of association of Bapco Energies B.S.C. (C).
Article II
The Prime Minister and the ministers – each in their capacity – shall implement the provisions of this decree, which shall come into effect the following day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
