Islamic Affairs Ministry in Jazan Implements Rawahel Hajj 2 Initiative to Bid Farewell to Pilgrims

Jazan: The volunteer section of the Department of Associations and Charitable Institutions at the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance Jazan Region branch has carried out the “Rawahel Hajj” volunteer initiative for the second year.

Through this initiative, pilgrims departing for Makkah to perform Hajj through campaigns approved by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah are bid farewell.

The 38 volunteers who worked in the campaign helped distribute 388 bags, 134 umbrellas, several awareness brochures, and brochures containing a QR code for the Rushd app, which includes a copy of the Holy Quran and several books explaining the Hajj rituals.

In a speech to pilgrims at King Fahd bin Abdulaziz Mosque in Jazan City, Director General of the ministry’s branch in Jazan Khalid bin Ahmed Najmi stressed the importance of adhering to instructions from relevant authorities, cooperating with security personnel, and dedicating oneself to worship and to performing rituals. r all.
