This included refraining from carrying luggage, avoiding crowds, adhering to the campaign dates, and following the instructions and signs of security personnel. The Civil Defence urged the pilgrims to adhere to the instructions disseminated through various media and social networking sites to ensure their safety and security and to fulfil their responsibilities straightforwardly and reassuringly.
