The US military announced the destruction of eight Houthi drones in Yemen and one over the Gulf of Aden during the past twenty-four hours.

The US Central Command said on “X” that no injuries or damage to US ships, coalition ships or commercial ships were recorded in the incident.

US-British forces launched air strikes on the Houthi group in Hodeidah and Kamaran Island in Yemen, according to local media.

It added that US and British forces launched at least six air strikes on Hodeidah International Airport last Monday, and four attacks on Kamaran Island near the port of Al-Salif in Yemen off the Red Sea.

The US military announced on Friday night that it had destroyed seven Houthi radars, a drone and two unmanned boats in Yemen.

This came days after the Houthis attacked a Greek-owned ship in the Red Sea, damaging it and causing it to run aground.
