Ministry of Islamic Affairs Wraps up Sharia Course in Malawi

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, represented by the Religious Attaché at the Saudi Embassy in South Africa, concluded a three-day scientific Sharia course today in the Republic of Malawi, which targeted around 1,200 graduates from Saudi universities.

The Religious Attaché at the Saudi Embassy in South Africa, Eng. Mohammad bin Abdul Salam Ashour, commended the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance for implementing outreach programs that assist preachers in carrying out their duties according to a moderate approach.

The Grand Mufti of Malawi, Sheikh Muhammad Uthman Mtalika, also thanked the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance for organizing the program and expressed hopes for more similar courses, seminars, and programs to educate students and promote Sharia sciences.

This course is part of the programs and activities carried out by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs abroad, supported by the Kingdom’s leadership, to promote moderation and tolerance and spread the pri
nciples of tolerance and coexistence in various countries around the world.
