The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon on Thursday issued a statement declaring that its fighters targeted Israeli soldiers stationed around the Al-Metula area on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at 11:50 am. The statement emphasized that the attack was carried out in solidarity with the resilient Palestinian people in Gaza and in support of their valiant and honorable resistance.
The resistance reported a direct hit on the Israeli positions using appropriate weaponry.
